Be sure to include all of the details to create a reservation. For Larger groups more than 15 peoples, or for special events please contact us directly at 613.686.1380. Please allow up to 24 hours to confirm your reservation.

RESERVATIONS CANCELLATION & RE-ALLOCATE POLICIES

Our restaurant offering advance reservations cancellation for reservations cancelled 12 hours ahead of the reserved date and time. Please contact us by email sale@shanghaione.ca or call us at 613.686.1380 to cancel the reservation.

Our restaurant will hold your table for any reservation up to 15 minutes after your scheduled dining time. At this point we reserves the right to re-allocate the table to another visitor with no guarantee that you will be able to take advantage of the reservation.

Please keep in mind – We do keep seats available for walk-in customers as well, booking seats on our online reservation system does not always mean we keep the seats available for you 15 minutes after your scheduled dining time.
